1. Subscription & Payment
Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis via Direct Debit. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid. Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension.
2. Service Scope & Allowances
Annual maintenance allowances are defined per plan. Unused allowances do not roll over. Service limits are based on property size and access requirements. Exclusions apply to deep cleaning and specialized repairs.
3. Professional Standards
NARI maintains high standards of cleanliness and property care. We reserve the right to adjust service schedules based on weather or property access. All work must be completed with professional care and discretion.
