Cleaning Terms
Welcome to NARI. By joining a cleaning subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with NARI and the provision of recurring household cleaning services.
Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are recurring and will be charged automatically on the selected frequency. You may cancel at any time, but you will be responsible for the full subscription amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Service Scope
The membership provides a defined amount of cleaning time and does not guarantee that every room will be completed during every visit. Standard cleaning includes vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying as per the selected plan.
Exclusions & Extras
Oven interiors, fridge interiors, carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, and deep cleaning are not included in standard weekly cleaning. These services are available as additional chargeable work upon request.
Access & Availability
Access to your property is required for cleaning. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if access is not possible or if the property is not in a safe condition for cleaning.
